Arrival & Departure Information

Guests will need to book their international flights into Seoul, South Korea (ICN – Incheon International Airport) and departing from Manila, Philippines (MNL – Ninoy Aquino International Airport).

 

Important Travel Dates

Arrival in Seoul
Guests should plan to arrive at Incheon International Airport (ICN) on May 2, 2027, in time for the official start of Reggie Van Lee's Asia Unveiled Birthday Celebration.

 

Optional Early Arrival – May 1, 2027
For guests who would like additional time to adjust to the time difference, recover from long-haul travel, or begin exploring Seoul before the celebration begins, an optional early arrival on May 1, 2027 is available. Reid Rodell Experiences can assist with arranging an additional hotel night at the Mondrian Seoul Itaewon, subject to availability and at an additional cost.

Please note that airport transfers included as part of the group package begin on the official arrival date of May 2, 2027. Guests arriving on May 1 or any other date outside the official program dates will be responsible for the cost of their airport-to-hotel transportation and any additional hotel nights.

 

Departure from Manila
The main celebration concludes on May 12, 2027. Guests should schedule return flights from Ninoy Aquino International Airport (MNL) on May 12 or later.

 

In-Country Flights & Transfers

The following transportation is included as part of your package:

• Transportation between Seoul and Busan as outlined in the final itinerary

• Flight from South Korea to Manila, Philippines

• Round-trip flights between Manila and Balesin Island

• Group airport transfers on official arrival and departure days

• Transportation associated with included activities, excursions, and hosted events

 

Guests are responsible for arranging and purchasing:

• International airfare to Seoul (ICN)

• International airfare departing from Manila (MNL)

• Any optional pre- or post-trip hotel nights

• Airport transfers for arrivals or departures outside the official program dates

• Transportation associated with independent activities outside the official itinerary

 

Optional Japan Post-Trip Extension

Guests interested in extending their journey may participate in the optional Japan Post-Trip Extension featuring Tokyo and Osaka. Additional details, pricing, accommodations, and flight recommendations will be provided separately.

Please note that the Japan extension is not included in the Asia Unveiled package price and requires separate registration and payment.

 

Flight Booking Recommendations

We strongly recommend waiting until your registration has been approved and your deposit has been received before purchasing airfare. Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive detailed arrival and departure guidance, recommended flight schedules, airport transfer information, and additional travel instructions.

 

Travel Assistance

Additional travel information, including airline recommendations, visa requirements, packing suggestions, destination guides, airport transfer details, and travel tips, will be provided to all confirmed guests as we prepare for this unforgettable celebration across Seoul, Busan, Balesin Island, and Manila.
