To express your interest in attending Reggie Van Lee's 2027 Asia Unveiled Birthday Celebration, submit the RSVP form on this website. Due to limited availability, participation is subject to an invitation and approval process.

Within 72 hours of submitting your RSVP, you will receive either: A confirmation email with instructions to secure your reservation, or A waitlist notification if space is not immediately available.

A non-refundable deposit equal to 30% of your selected package price is required to secure your reservation.

Once approved, guests will have seven (7) days to submit their deposit. Reservations not secured within this timeframe may be released and offered to guests on the waitlist.

Yes. After your deposit is received, the remaining balance will be divided into monthly payments according to the published payment schedule.

Reservations are generally non-transferable and may only be transferred with prior written approval from Reid Rodell Experiences. Because participation is limited and confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis, transfer requests are evaluated individually and cannot be guaranteed.   Additionally, certain trip components, including personalized gifts, custom merchandise, special event access, transportation arrangements, and other curated experiences, may be purchased specifically for registered guests and cannot be transferred to another individual. For these reasons, all payments are non-refundable, and we strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking to protect your investment in the event you are unable to travel.   Any approved transfer requests may be subject to administrative fees and additional costs associated with updating reservations and travel arrangements.

Due to the exclusive nature of this experience and the significant advance commitments required to secure hotels, transportation, event venues, dining experiences, activities, custom merchandise, and other trip-related arrangements, all deposits, installment payments, and trip fees are non-refundable.   Cancellation terms, payment deadlines, and other important conditions will be outlined in your Registration Agreement, which must be reviewed and accepted before confirming your reservation. Once payments are made, they cannot be refunded regardless of the reason for cancellation, including personal scheduling conflicts, illness, work obligations, travel disruptions, or changes in travel plans.   Because of this policy, all guests are strongly encouraged to purchase comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking. Travel insurance may help protect your investment by providing coverage for eligible trip cancellations, interruptions, medical emergencies, travel delays, lost baggage, and other unforeseen circumstances, subject to the terms of your policy.   We recommend reviewing travel insurance options carefully and selecting coverage that best meets your individual needs. Purchasing insurance shortly after making your initial deposit may provide the broadest range of benefits and protections.
